Processing Times

Orders are processed within the stated timeframes. If you are concerned about the current processing time, please contact me before placing your order. If you have a specific deadline, such as a birthday or other special occasion, please send me a message before purchasing and I will do my best to accommodate your needs.

Returns & Exchanges

All sales are final. I provide detailed descriptions of my creations to give you the clearest possible idea of what you are purchasing. For each listing, I ask customers to familiarize themselves with my shop policies in order to avoid any issues. Online purchases involve responsibilities for both parties.

I accept exchanges, but not returns for refunds. Please contact me within 7 days of delivery.
Customers have 14 days from the date of delivery to return, at their own expense, a new, unused item in perfect resalable condition and in its original packaging, in order to request an exchange.
An exchange will only be accepted if the item has not been used. Any return must receive prior approval from Azetama by email.

Exchanges can only be made for pieces that are already available in my shop. Custom-made and made-to-order pieces are therefore not eligible for exchange.
Return shipping costs, as well as any difference in price resulting from an exchange, are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping & Delivery

Orders are shipped via La Poste Française (French Postal Service). Depending on the destination and the shipping method selected, orders will be sent by tracked Colissimo or international registered mail. The package will contain the purchased items and the invoice.
Average delivery times are: * France: 48 to 72 hours * International: 7 to 14 days. These delivery times begin once the parcel has been accepted by La Poste.
I undertake to prepare each order within 3 business days following confirmation of the order. The carrier is responsible for delivering the order to the address provided by the customer. For deliveries outside metropolitan France, the customer is responsible for paying any taxes and charges applicable to the importation of products, including customs duties, VAT, and any other taxes required under the laws of the destination country.

All orders placed through Azetama.fr are intended for the customer’s personal use. Customers and recipients of the products agree not to resell the products, either partially or in their entirety.

I cannot be held responsible for the customer’s failure to pay any taxes or charges for which they are responsible.
The customer must check the condition of the products upon delivery. In the event of damage, the customer must clearly note the damage on the delivery receipt and inform me by email or telephone, providing a description of all damage caused during transport, within eight (8) days of receiving the order.
No claim will be accepted if these procedures are not followed. In any event, I shall be released from my obligation to deliver if the customer fails to fulfil any of their obligations, including payment of the purchase price or providing accurate information such as the delivery address.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. Tracking information should become available within 24 to 72 hours after shipment.

Customs & Import Taxes

With the exception of orders shipped to the United States, any customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.
I am not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Intellectual Property

Any reproduction or representation, in whole or in part, of the products, texts, photographs, or other visual content on this website, without the prior authorization of Azetama, is prohibited and may constitute copyright infringement under Articles L335-2 and subsequent articles of the French Intellectual Property Code.

Data Protection & Privacy Policy

Azetama, represented by Amanda Zimmermann, undertakes to treat all personal data provided by customers confidentially and to use such data solely for the purpose of processing orders and managing the commercial relationship with customers.
Conformément à la loi « Informatique et Libertés » n° 78-17 du 06/01/1978 modifiée en 2004, l’acheteur disposera auprès du Vendeur d’un droit d’accès, d’interrogation, de modification, de rectification et de suppression de ses données personnelles.
