Fulfilling a custom order can take between one and three weeks, depending on my availability and the nature of your request. It is important to me that you allow me significant creative freedom during the process. After all, you came to me for a distinctive jewelry style.
I do not wish to take on design requests that involve reproduction or duplication. That is not how I work; I prioritize expressing my own originality. I hope you understand why I may decline certain requests.

First, we will review your request together. I can provide one or two quick sketches to help refine your vision; however, if you would like multiple design proposals, an initial deposit—priced according to your specific requirements—will be required for that work alone. I require a 50% deposit before beginning work on the requested piece.
You will be provided with an estimate stating the final price, including shipping costs. This initial deposit constitutes a binding commitment and is non-refundable. Once this initial payment has been received and the quote accepted, no further design changes will be permitted. However, once work has begun, it will still be possible to make adjustments to minor details, such as the finish.
Once your order is finalized and confirmed, the remaining 50% balance must be paid before your piece of jewelry is shipped. Custom-made and made-to-order pieces are final sales and cannot be returned.
