The realization of a personalized custom order can take between 1 to 3 weeks depending on my availability and the type of request you will make. It is important to me that you leave me a substantial margin in the creative process. After all, if you came to me, it's for my skill and what kind of jewelry I make. 

I do not wish to respond to design requests as reproduction/duplication. I do not know how to work in this way and prioritize my work on the expression of my own originality. Thank you for understanding therefore, why I can refuse some requests.

First, we examine your request together. I am able to offer one or two quick sketches to refine your expectations but if you want several proposal drawings, you will be asked for a first deposit, only for this work, which will be priced according to your requests.

I require a 50% deposit before starting to work on the requested part. An estimate with a final price, shipping included, will be formulated to you. 

This first deposit serves as a commitment, and is non-refundable.  

Once this first payment has been received and the quotation has been accepted, no further changes to the design will be permitted. When work has started, it will nevertheless be possible to act on minor details such as finishes. 

When your order is complete, upon validation, the remaining 50% must be paid before sending your jewel.

I do not accept returns on custom orders or made-to-order pieces.
