These general conditions of sale apply to items sold on the site azetama.fr edited and published by the self-employed company Azetama, administered and represented by its manager Amanda ZIMMERMANN. Commercial register registration N° 492 796 073 00038

Processing time:

Orders are processed in a timely manner. Please ask me the current waiting time before buying, if you are concerned. Send me a message, before a purchase, if you have a time constraint (ex: birthday) and I will do my best to accommodate you.

Returns and Exchanges:

All sales are final. I describe my creations accurately to provide the best idea of what is purchased. On each list, I ask the customer to become familiar with the rules of the shop to avoid any problem. Online trading involves a responsibility of both parties.

Le client dispose de 14 jours à compter de la date de livraison pour retourner, à ses frais, le produit neuf, inutilisé et en parfait état de revente dans son emballage d’origine pour remplacement. Le retour ne sera accepté que si le produit n’a pas été utilisé. Tout retour devra être précédé de l’accord préalable de Azetama par mail. Les retours doivent impérativement être adressés à : Azetama, 10 Rue Etienne Forest, 38000 GRENOBLE

Les échanges ne peuvent être fait qu’avec des pièces déjà existante de ma boutique. Les pièces sur commande ne sont donc pas concernées pour les échanges.
Les frais de port de renvoi, et les éventuelles differences de tarifs liés à un échange, seront à la charge du client.

Shipping:

Delivery of orders is ensured by La Poste Française. It will be sent by Colissimo with tracking, or international registered mail. The package contains the products ordered and the invoice. Average delivery times are 48 hours to 72 hours in France and 7 to 14 days internationally, from the time the package is picked up by "La Poste".

I undertake to prepare any order received within 3 working days following order confirmation. The carrier undertakes by contract to deliver the order to the buyer’s address. In addition, for deliveries outside mainland France, the customer undertakes to pay all taxes due on the importation of products, customs duty, value added tax, and all other taxes due under the laws of country of receipt of the order.

All orders placed on Azetama.fr are intended for the personal use of customers, customers or recipients of the products prohibit any partial or total resale of the products. I cannot be held responsible for failure to pay the taxes for which the customer is required to pay. The customer is required to check the condition of the products upon receipt. In the event of damage, he must precisely mention his reservations on the delivery note, and inform me by email or telephone with the description of any damage due to transport within eight (8) days following receipt. No complaints will be accepted in the event of non-compliance with these formalities. I will, in any event, be released from its obligation to deliver in the event of non-performance by the customer of one of its obligations (payment of the price, accuracy of information communicated by the customer such as the delivery address, etc.)

Order Tracking:

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Tracking information will be available within 24-72 hours.

Customs and import taxes :

Any customs and import taxes are the responsibility of the buyers. I am not responsible for delays caused by customs.

Intellectual property:

Any total or partial representation of the products, texts or visuals of this site without the prior authorization of Azetama is prohibited and would constitute an infringement punishable by articles L335-2 et seq. of the intellectual property code.

Data management policy:

Azetama company, represented by Amanda Zimmermann, undertakes to treat the personal data communicated by the customer in complete confidentiality and to use them only for the processing of his order and the monitoring of commercial relations.In accordance with the french law "Informatique et Libertés" n ° 78-17 of 06/01/1978 modified in 2004, the buyer will have with the Seller a right of access, interrogation, modification, rectification and deletion of his personal data.The buyer may at any time request to exercise this right: Either by sending the seller a postal letter to the following address: Azetama, 10 Rue Etienne Forest 38000 GRENOBLE.
